Leslie Marell is established in private practice, specializing in providing legal services to the manufacturing, industrial and high-tech industries. She has more than 20 years experience counseling companies in the areas of business contracts, purchasing, computer and technology law and day-to-day legal matters. She authored the Purchaser's Contract Forms diskette which contains 78 purchaser-oriented business contracts and has published numerous articles on contracts purchasing and the law. In addition to her private practice, Leslie is affiliated with Nahabit & Associates, Inc. She developed and presents a two-seminar series across the country to purchasing and contract professionals. Les Kristof has more than 20 years experience growing and managing start-up companies in the software industry. He is the President of 2Contract, Inc. a Lotus Notes Premium Business Partner, specializing in business process re-engineering and work effort optimization. In 1984, he developed a spreadsheet that became the standard on several "mini-computers" using the UNIX operating system. The 3.5" Disk Utilities he designed won the PC Magazine Editor's Choice Award and was distributed on an OEM basis by Toshiba, Mitsubishi, Chinon and other major computer manufacturers. He also designed other software programs for the purchasing, accounting and management professional. |
